Tonight at 8pm central time, President Obama will take over our TV's for the annual State Of The Union Address. The yearly speech is the time for the President to report on the conditions of the country and to lay out his legislative plans for the year. For 67 years, the speech has been broadcast on television, starting with President Harry Truman in 1947. The people at CNN put together this pretty cool video before tonight's State Of The Union.
