It only took 22 years, but finally someone has made the song nobody needed or asked for.

A rapper named Buck 22 has created a rap song that is a sequel to Billy Ray Cyrus' 1992 hit 'Achy Breaky Heart.'

Aside from being a strange song on it's own, the video takes that weirdness to another level.

Larry King opens the video talking about aliens. Then we see Billy Ray walking down a dirt road with a young African American boy. Suddenly aliens abduct them, the boy turns into a grown up Buck 22, and Billy Ray sings the hook to his song while the "aliens" (girls wearing nothing but electrical tape) twerk and grind to the music.

Why does this song exist? I wish I could answer that for you.

I think that the only explanation is that Billy Ray has to do something to keep himself relevant now that Miley isn't paying his bills.

I will just warn you, you can't unsee this after you watch it.
