    The Wichita Falls Parks and Recreation Department has brought back their ever-popular free summer concert series.   • Legends of Western Swing Music Festival

    June 19-21, 2014 11:00am – 12:00am

    Taking place in the Ray Clymer Exhibit Hall at the MPEC, the 27th Annual Legends of Western Swing Music Festival has something for everyone. The smoke-free and alcohol-free environment makes it great for families, and the air conditioning will feel great while the temperatures sizzle outside.   • Ted Nugent

    July 3, 2014 8:00pm – 10:30pm

    A true legend of rock music, Ted Nugent brings his “Shut Up and Jam!” tour to Memorial Auditorium this summer. With a career spanning over five decades, Nugent brings an amazing performance to the stage, and you’ll hear some of the best hits of all time.   • The Iron Horse Pub

    Every Weekend 9:00pm

    Every Weekend the Iron Horse Pub offers live music on the weekends. Not only will you enjoy a great atmosphere and a frosty pint, you’re sure to find music to suit your taste. Because there are a number of different bands playing throughout the summer months, it’s good to check their Web site often for updates. Whether you’re in the mood for Bobby Mack or James Cook and the Audacity, they have you covered. You’ll typically pay a small cover charge on show nights, but it’s well worth it when the house starts rockin’!

  • Denim and Diamonds

    Denim and Diamonds is another great venue that hosts a number of different acts throughout the year. With acts such as Cory Morrow and William Clark Green, you’ll have a great time while enjoying some fantastic drink specials.
