After casting actress Angie Harmon to play the lead in his ‘This Ole Boy’ video, we starting wondering if Craig Morgan is only using his hit singles to share the camera beautiful women. And now it sounds like we might be right! For his latest single, ‘Corn Star,’ Morgan has his sights set on southern gal Kristin Chenoweth to star in the music video.

“She’s so tiny, so sweet and a country girl!” he told the Boot. “What we’re going to do in that video is I’m going to have a lot of really good looking female celebrities popping up in and out of the corn rows. Like the old ‘Hee Haw’ days. Just play fun at ourselves.”

Morgan’s ‘Corn Star’ single celebrates the beauty of good old-fashioned country girls. The song is about a lusty country queen who doesn’t exactly look like a Hollywood celeb, but she’s still gorgeous enough to stop traffic.

There’s no word yet on when the video will come out and if Kristin Chenoweth will be the leading lady. In the meantime, you can catch Morgan on the silver screen. His third season of ‘Craig Morgan: All Access Outdoors‘ on the Outdoors Channel will kick off on July 1. That same month, the ‘This Ole Boy’ star will once again share the camera with Angie Harmon and showcase his acting talents when he guest-stars on an episode of ‘Rizzoli & Isles.’

Of course, you’re probably more interested in witnessing Morgan’s musical talents. You can catch the country star headlining the ‘Fox and Friends’ All-American Summer Concert Series in Manhattan on July 13.
