When you were a kid, it resulted in a mouth full of soap, but science now says that swearing may actually be something you should do more of.

In the above video from AsapTHOUGHT, they get into the science behind cuss words. It turns out that we might be happier and healthier is we cuss more often.

There's a thing called lalochezia which basically says that releasing an emotional outburst, like a swear word, can actually help your body deal better with pain. There is a catch though, if you swear all the time and develop a tolerance then you won't get as much of a relief when you say them during pain.
