City Lights Parade and 5K

The Annual City Lights Parade and 5K is coming to downtown Wichita Falls this month! You can expect train rides, a petting zoo, pony merry-go-round, bounce houses, and Santa. Participating merchants will also be open late that evening until 8:00pm for holiday shopping.

Events kick off at the Farmers’ Market on 8^th and Ohio, and Park Central on 8^th and Scott.

There will be a 5K run/walk starting at 4:00pm at the Hotter N’ Hell Clubhouse. Those participants will travel the parade course, taking in the sights and sounds of the holiday season.

The parade is the highlight of the event, kicking off at 7:00pm. Around 1,500 people took part in the parade last year. You’ll get to see lighted cars, creative floats, and holiday cheer throughout the event.
