We're breaking down the video at the bottom of this article with no context whatsoever, as is tradition.

This is a wild one, and we're not sure about the condition of the person being fired at so viewer discretion is advised.

Vehicular Assault

The video opens mid-conflict. A car can be seen accelerating and ramming into a truck.  Someone makes a comment that "she's mad," so we're going to assume the person driving the car is a lady.  A lady who is mad enough to crash her own vehicle, which looks pretty nice, into someone else's truck.

Back for Round Two

She backs up a bit, then hits the gas again for a second swipe at the truck.  The makes contact again and keeps driving a little.

Retaliation

At this point, a man starts opening fire on her car.  I counted at least twelve rounds. It's hard to tell because of the camera movement, but it appears as if this man was in the truck, and had bailed out after the first impact. The crowd of onlookers, including the camera person, start running away from the gunshots, as the car comes to a stop.

The Aftermath

With so many rounds fired, I don't see how at least one of them didn't reach the intended target. I've looked for a news report out of Houston on this, but couldn't find anything, so the condition of this lady is unknown at this point. Check out the video for yourself below:
