The Netflix real-crime documentary 'Making A Murderer' recently captured the attention of the nation. It seems like everyone had an opinion on the guilt or innocence of Steven Avery. The show was even able to get the White House to respond to a petition for the first time ever!

New York Magazine decided to take the popularity of 'Making A Murderer' and mix it with a TV show that's been relevant in pop culture for over 20 years, 'The Simpsons!'. In their latest video, instead of Manitowoc County, the scene is set in Springfield and instead of the trial of Steven Avery, it's Homer Simpson!

There's still plenty of police corruption, shady DNA evidence, and keys that magically appear, but this time it gets a little more yellow skinned. My only complaint, they left out one of Police Chief Wiggum's best lines. "Bake him away, toys!"
