Think back to the 80th Annual Clay County Pioneer Reunion in September, when it rained. It rained enough that the Rodeo Dance had to be postponed.

True, we really needed the rain, but the dance would have been a lot of fun too.

Don't worry! Because the Rodeo Dance has been rescheduled for this Saturday night at 8:00 at the Pioneer Hall in Henrietta and Jay Hollis and his band will be performing.

Jay and his band were scheduled to play the original event back on September 15th but a heavy thunderstorm, four inches of rain and a power outage ended the show before it could begin. Knowing how important these events are to communities like Henriettta, Jay volunteered to play a make-up show at no extra cost (His contract stipulated that he was to be paid for the show that got cancelled.) and that show is this Saturday evening at the Pioneer Hall.

The details are:

Jay Hollis Band at the Clay County Pioneer Reunion Rodeo Dance (re-schedule), Saturday, October 29th, Pioneer Hall, Henrietta, Texas, 8:00pm.

There will be no admission charge for the dance, but donations will be taken to cover the expenses of rescheduling the show.
