Josh Turner Has A Baby, Chet Atkins Gets Inducted – Today In Country Music History [VIDEO]

Josh Turner and his wife, Jennifer, had their third child on this date in 2010, Heidi Newfield gave her final Trick Pony performance in 2006 and Chet Atkins was inducted into the Hall of Fame (not for Country Music!) in 2001.

• Josh and Jennifer Turner welcomed their third son, Crawford Marion Turner, in Nashville in 2010.

• Heidi Newfield gave her final performances as a member of Trick Pony in Nashville in 2006.

• Keith Urban earned gold and platinum hardware with his album Love, Pain & The Whole Crazy Thing CD in 2006.

• Brenda Lee and Chet Atkins were announced as inductees into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame in 2001.

• Faith Hill debuted on the Grand Ole Opry in 1993.

• David Allan Coe wed Debbie Pardue in 1982.
