Lake levels continue to hold up, with only a small drop week to week.  The City of Wichita Falls latest lake report shows Lake Arrowhead at 94.3 percent capacity and Kickapoo at 91.2% capacity.  The combined total is now 93.5 percent.   Combined levels have dropped 1 percent in the past week.

Officials say the bulk of the loss is attributed to evaporation.  Overall water usage remains relatively low as area residents seem to be continuing conservation efforts well after restrictions have been lifted.    Forecasters are calling for a strong El Nino event which should bring good rain chances to Texoma during the fall and early winter months.
