Lola and Goldie – Humane Society Pets of the Week!

As the weather gets warmer, my cats want to spend more time outside. We’re fortunate to have a privacy fence so they can hang out in the back yard, and so far they haven’t figured out how to get out. They like watching the birds and squirrels, catching a bug now and then, and soaking up the sun before coming back inside to take a nap. Regardless of the weather, make sure to protect your animals against fleas, ticks, and heartworms. You want to keep those furry little pals around for as long as possible. Some pets don’t have their own back yard to hang out in, and that’s where you can help.

The Humane Society shelters pets, gets them the care they need, gives them the love they’re craving, and does their best to place them in permanent homes. Lola

Lola is a gray and white, short haired, large adult female cat. Like many cats, she’s a little bashful at first but she warms up quickly. She loves hanging out in your lap, getting scratches behind the ears, and laying in a warm, sunny spot. She’s spayed, up-to-date on shots, heartworm tested and on preventative, and microchipped. Goldie

Goldie is a medium size, adult, female Shepherd mix. She’s loyal, loves to take walks, works well with other dogs, and likes meeting new people. She’s spayed, up-to-date on shots, heartworm tested and on preventative, and microchipped. Goldie is looking for a new home, and would love for you to swing by and take her on a walk so you can get to know her!
