Luke Bryan Ends Up In A Fishy Situation On Anniversary

When you make the big bucks like Luke Bryan does, you can afford to go out to lavish restaurants and order $400 bottles of the loud mouth soup, treat your ‘Sweet Caroline‘ to Sushi, and have a wonderful anniversary night out. But when Luke was asked to remove his hat during dinner, things took a turn for the worse.

First off, Sushi is probably the nastiest dinner I could imagine, and even worse taking my lovely wife on our anniversary to a sushi hut? No thanks, but different strokes for different folks. Luke Bryan chose the upscale, Virago Robota Grill and Sushi Bar in Nashville for their eats. ┬áMr.Bryan was politely asked, by the manager, to remove his hat halfway through is meal, and he became defensive by the request. Luke tweeted, 10 times to be exact, his whole night before and after the request. Now I looked up Virago, and one of the first things on their website was the requirement of strict dress code enforcement. The very first thing on that list, no hats allowed! He tweeted some pretty ballsy comments about it all, you can read the whole story here. So here is where I am on the fence. If they let him in the front door with his hat on, kind of hard to hide a hat, knowing it was breaking dress code then why did they seat him, let him get 2 bottles deep into his meal and THEN ask him to remove his hat? Famous or not, Im a firm believer that ‘the customer is always right’ and if Im spending money like crazy here, then a hat should not be a problem. He should have been turned away at the door if it was ! I think Im going with Luke and he had every right to say what was on his mind, drunk or not. God bless the powers of social networking! Cant help but be reminded of this famous Chris LeDoux track,
