Olympic Hopeful Urinates On Passenger During Flight

Cross-country flights can be the worst. It’s the middle of the night, you’re cramped in a plane for hours, and there’s usually someone sitting near you that you’d rather not have to deal with. For Robert “Sandy” Vietze, an Olympic hopeful, his flight became a nightmare when he urinated on a fellow passenger.

The 18-year-old is accused of having around 8 drinks prior to the flight, and Vietze was drunk as a result of it. On his way to the bathroom, he stumbled and became disoriented. When he began peeing on the leg of an 11-year-old passenger, I’m sure there wasn’t a warm reaction to his actions.

While peeing on a fellow passenger is embarrassing enough, things got worse when the U.S. Ski and Snowboard Association heard of his tale. Due to his actions, he’s been kicked off the team.

When the flight landed, police were waiting for Vietze. They took him into custody, but at this point there have been no charges filed. Sorry, but if that was me or my kid that got peed on, I’d try to push some kind of charges to be filed. After all, what was he doing drinking underage and in public to begin with?
