Seagraves Police Arrest Man for Attacking Stepdaughter With Ham Bone
Wednesday, December 30, Seagraves Police announced on Facebook that 60-year-old Fidencio Diaz was arrested on a class A misdemeanor charge.
Police were called to a residence in the 800 block of 9th Street where they learned the facts of the case.
One Seagraves police officer said in a statement: ''Upon arrival, Chief McAuley and Officer Perez found that Fidencio had assaulted his 18-year-old stepdaughter with a ham bone."
Diaz was detained by police and transported to the Gaines County Jail, where he was booked in on a class A misdemeanor charge of assault family violence.
