I grew up living in the country.  When you live in the country, your dogs do their business outside, and that's the end of the story.  Living in an apartment now, I'm getting used to having to pick up after my dog.  You know how that works, right?  Turning the bag inside out, then taking it to the proper disposal place. It's a bit degrading, to both me and my dog, but it's the right thing to do.  Otherwise the neighbors get angry when they have to dodge all the land mines.

Apparently in Spain, there's a real problem with people not picking up after their dogs on public sidewalks. To try to solve this problem, the city of Brunett started following dog owners around with a remote controlled fake piece of poop saying to pick up after the dog.  When that didn't work, they implimented a new plan.  Even though this video is not in English, you will understand the idea.

Yeah, that's right, they are mailing the dog poop to the owners.  Imagine if you went to your mailbox, saw a box marked "Lost and Found" and then opened it to find Fido's droppings.  That would probably make you start picking it up the first time, right?

As an added bonus, here's a picture of my dog, Bulleit, being cute.
