  • Brad Paisley‘s Mud On The Tires album was released in 2003.
  • Shania Twain scored her first Number One single with “Any Man of Mine” in 1995.
  • Earl Scruggs and Minnie Pearl received National Medals of Arts from President George Bush at a White House ceremony in 1992.
  • George Strait climbed to Number One on the Billboard chart with “What’s Going On In Your World” in 1989.
  • Loretta Lynn‘s son, Jack Benny Lynn, drowned in Waverly, Tennessee in 1984.
  • Charley Pride topped the Billboard chart with “It’s Gonna Take A Little Bit Longer” in 1972.
