We've all stared up into space and wondered what it would be like to be an astronaut. Well now you can get a little taste of what it would be like to live on the International Space Station. Sunita Williams of NASA spent around six months on board the space station and before it was her time to come home she made a video tour of the entire space station and it's pretty freaking awesome. I would love to get a chance to visit one day and with technology advancing the way it is that might be a very realistic dream.

She takes you through all of the labs, each country on board has their own lab, the pantries, again there is a separate pantry for American, Russian and Japanese food, and the part of the station where they take all of those really cool pictures of Earth. We even get to visit the Soyuz craft that is going to take her home. All of this provides a pretty good insight into how these astronauts live and I bet it's fun at times but on the other hand Williams says she hasn't sat down in six months, which isn't to bad considering there is no gravity so you just float around all day without a sense of up or down.

All in all it is a pretty cool video which you can check out below but the one thing that gets me is how she refers to the sides of the ship as left and right instead of port and starboard like you would do on most ships.
