We're heading into the long Memorial Day Weekend, what better way to kick it off than a great show at Billy Bob's Texas? Just message us from the mobile app for your shot at tickets.

These long three-day weekends are great times to make a trip to the metroplex and no trip to the metroplex is complete without an evening at Billy Bob's Texas in the Fort Worth Stockyards.

Catch Kody West on the Billy Bob's stage this Friday night.

Kody and his band love the road, but the chance to play Billy Bob's Texas, just down the road from Kody's home town of Denton, means this is gonna be a special night for everyone.

Saturday night finds Aaron Watson on Billy Bob's main stage.

With the release of his new album, American Soul, earlier this year Aaron is chomping at the bit to play for every audience he can. And his audiences are loving every minute of every show.

The doors open at 6:00, the Billy Bob's Texas House Band will be on the Honky Tonk stage at 8:00 and the feature performers will be on the Main Stage at 10:00 both Friday and Saturday nights.

While you're there be sure to check out Billy Bob's Honky Tonk Kitchen and the Handprint Hall of Fame.

It's a long weekend and you may want to spend a little more time away from home, so we're tossing in some Buy One, Get One Free passes to both the Texas Cowboy Hall of Fame and John Wayne An American Experience. They're both close to Billy Bob's in the Fort Worth Stockyards and the perfect way to enjoy your holiday weekend.

LOOK: Here are the 50 best beach towns in America

Every beach town has its share of pluses and minuses, which got us thinking about what makes a beach town the best one to live in. To find out, Stacker consulted data from WalletHub, released June 17, 2020, that compares U.S. beach towns. Ratings are based on six categories: affordability, weather, safety, economy, education and health, and quality of life. The cities ranged in population from 10,000 to 150,000, but they had to have at least one local beach listed on TripAdvisor. Read the full methodology here. From those rankings, we selected the top 50. Readers who live in California and Florida will be unsurprised to learn that many of towns featured here are in one of those two states.

Keep reading to see if your favorite beach town made the cut.
