Valentine’s Day is just around the corner and many people are already thinking ahead to what they would like to do on February 14th. Whether you’re hanging out with your sweetie or your BFF, here are a few ideas for how to spend the holiday in Wichita Falls.

Ganache Cupcake Lounge

2412 Jack St. Unit B  940-766-3000

The menu hasn’t been set in stone as of yet, but with Ganache you know it’ll be divine. If you’d like to tempt your sweetheart with a treat but can't make it to the dinner, gift certificates are available and make a great gift instead of the same chocolate you see each year.

Visit the movies!

Carmike Sikes 10 – 238 Sikes Center Mall

Cinemark – 2915 Glenwood Avenue

Going to the movies isn’t a new idea for Valentine’s Day, but it’s always a good time. From the chocolate covered almonds to the butter-slathered popcorn, it’s a great date for you and your honey or an event for you and your friends. If you’re getting romantic, you can hold hands as a monster pops onto the screen or steal a kiss in the dark. Even when a movie isn’t as good as you expected it to be, the movie theater offers an experience that you just don’t get at home, and always makes a good option.
