Why 3D Movies Will Fail

WOW!  For a while there I thought I was the only person on the planet not jumping onto the 3D movie bandwagon. Don’t get me wrong, it’s not that I’m opposed to technology, it’s just that I’ve found the 3D thing to be more gimmick than substance. Given a choice between watching the same movie in 3D or standard 2D I’ll pick the standard format every time.  Today I stumbled upon an article in the Chicago Sun Times that points out the shortfalls of 3D technology.
