Blue Bell Welcomes Fall with New Salted Caramel Brownie Ice Cream

A new Blue Bell flavor is always cause for celebration. 

The Creamery is ushering in fall with the new Salted Caramel Brownie Ice Cream. The flavor is described as a creamy vanilla ice cream mixed with chocolate brownies and a salted caramel swirl. Just typing that made my mouth water.

Blue Bell general sales manager Carl Breed says ice cream is a favorite dessert no matter what time of year it is: 

Ice cream is a favorite dessert throughout the year, no matter what the weather is outside. Our new Salted Caramel Brownie Ice Cream is the perfect flavor to usher in cooler temperatures. There are big chunks of soft brownies in every bite. The caramel swirl has a hint of salt, and it complements the chocolate brownies perfectly.

For those who want to take the new flavor to another level, Blue Bell has shared the recipe for Salted Caramel Brownie Pie and it looks awesome.

The recipe is pretty easy, just be sure to set aside about 5 hours to make it.
