The video at the bottom of this article features an alleged hit-and-run driver trying to flee the scene, leaving chaos in their wake. Naturally, the driver’s plan? Oh, just casually drive off as if no one would notice.

Here’s where things get interesting. Two heroic—yet totally frustrated—bystanders weren’t having it. As the car tries to make its great escape, these two men sprint up to the vehicle, banging on the windows, clearly giving off "you’re not going anywhere, buddy" energy. Imagine trying to drive away while two dudes knock furiously on your car like they’re auditioning for an action flick

Now, if this were a movie, the driver would probably swerve through traffic, leap over a conveniently placed ramp, and disappear into the sunset. Spoiler alert: real life isn’t that cool. The fleeing driver, determined but far from cinematic, was trapped in a "What do I do now?" moment as they attempted to shake off their unintentional co-stars.

While the outcome wasn’t exactly Fast & Furious-level exciting, it was a wild day for the streets of Dallas. It’s safe to say this driver won’t be winning any awards for stealthy getaways anytime soon.
