Chad Johnson Gets Jail Time For Slapping Lawyers Butt [Video]

Chad Ocho-Cinco (Chad Johnson) was sentenced to 30 days in jail by a Florida judge yesterday.  Johnson used to have a reality TV show, and apparently still thinks life is like it was on TV.

He was in court for a probation violation and was lucky enough to have been offered a plea bargain with community service and a fine. The judge was asking him if he agreed to the details and told him he had a great lawyer. That was when Johnson said, "I sure do" and gave his lawyer a smack on the back side.  The courtroom started laughing. The Judge didn't think it was that funny.

The result was the judge taking away the original plans, and sentencing him to 30 days in jail.

Personally, I love Chad Ocho-Cinco (yes, I know he changed his name back, but he will always be Ocho Cinco to me).  Was this the right thing to do? No!  But it was hilarious, and as we have learned from his past, being hilarious is what he's good at!
