Cute Kid Explains His Leap Day Birthday [VIDEO]

Leap Day (February 29th) is coming up this Monday. For most of us, that just means an extra day. We'll make some jokes about it, maybe watch that special episode of '30 Rock,' and go on like any other Monday.

That's not the case for those few people who happen to have been born on February 29th. That's the case with this kid. This was filmed last year, when he was about to turn 7. This year, it's pretty obvious how and when he will celebrate, but on the other 3 years what do you do?
