On September 2, a Dallas couple had a baby in a way they definitely didn’t expect. Luis Mendoza had to deliver his own daughter outside the hospital after his wife, Angelica Martinez, went into strong contractions just blocks away. Talk about pressure!

Video from the hospital shows Mendoza helping his wife while doctors and nurses rushed out to assist. About two dozen staff members joined in before the couple could be moved inside the delivery room.

Look, most of the praise went to the dad in this story and rightfully so, but let's not gloss over how scary this was for the mother. Plus, every time they get in an argument for the rest of their lives, he can always be like, "Remember when I delivered our daughter?"
