Brad Paisley - Welcome To The Future

Ok, so it's not really a song about New Year's Eve, technically. But it is a song about the future, and isn't that really what the holiday is all about? Looking forward and remembering the past.

Charlie Robison - New Year's Day

Just a good Texas country song about living the same ol' life, even though it's a new year.  That's good enough for me.

Merle Haggard - If We Make It Through December

So, truth be told, there aren't a lot of New Year's songs, but you can't have January if you don't make it through December first.  Plus, any list is better when it includes the Hagg, right?

Sugarland - Maybe Baby (New Years Day)

Now, as I said, there are not a lot of true New Year's songs, but here's one that really is made for it. From Sugarland's "Gold and Green" holiday album, this song was made just for this holiday.  As an added bonus, it's one of the few Sugarland songs that is predominately Kristian Bush singing.

Corey Smith - Maybe Next Year

While not necessarily a song made only for New Year's eve, this is definitely my favorite country New Year's song.  All about how this next year is the one where all the change is going to happen.  As a side note, other than the part about wearing an old baseball cap, this song could easily describe most of my 20's.
