Driver Escapes Cop in Texas While Friend Flies Off Hood

A cop attempts to arrest someone, that person attempts to flee, and someone not paying attention to the situation gets injured. Texas cop tries to stop a man who drives off with a friend on the hood

The video opens right in the middle of the action. A man is seen jumping into the driver's seat of a car. A cop is right behind the man as he first kicks the door and then opens it and attempts to remove the man from the vehicle.

The cop struggles for a while trying to get the man out of his vehicle. It's at his point we see another rascal sitting on the hood of this car. He doesn't seem like he even notices what is happening right in front of him. Would you have just sat there in the hood while all of this was going on? I wouldn't.

Well, the inevitable happens. The driver hits the gas and starts to pull away from the cop with the other guy still perched on his hood.
