The Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission is set to start issuing permits that will allow third-party companies to make your beer run for you.

The new Consumer Delivery (CD) permit will allow delivery drivers to pick up alcohol from licensed businesses like liquor stores and restaurants.

While some TABC permits currently allow for the delivery of food and alcohol, allowing third-parties to deliver will make it much easier to have booze delivered to your front door.

Applications are currently being accepted for the new CD, with the first approved permits expected to be issued in the third week of December.
