The Fourth of July is this Friday and the MPEC is getting ready for a huge celebration.

Fourth in The Falls Details Below

This year, the big fireworks celebration for Wichita Falls will be happening at the MPEC. 9:45 PM is when the fireworks will be going off this Friday, so be sure you get downtown to get a great view of the show. A lot more will be going down this Friday before the fireworks.

Battle of the Bands at 5:00

Going on inside Kay Yeager Coliseum will be the first ever Battle of the Bands for Fourth in the Falls. Looks like the bands Tiny Joy, Young Road Recalls, Guilty on
All Counts, HermAnthony & the Side FX and Bret James & the Stolen Horses have all signed up to compete for bragging rights. Visitors will be able to crown a champion after they all perform.

Sheppard Air Force Base Flyover 6:30

Look up to the skies at 6:30 Friday night, after a performance of the national anthem. Some pilots from Sheppard Air Force Base are set to fly directly over the MPEC.

Co-Headliner King George Performs at 6:45 PM

Co-Headliner Reputation Performs at 8:00 PM

Two tribute bands will be performing at Fourth in the Falls this year, first up is a George Strait tribute band, followed by a Taylor Swift tribute band.
