Here’s something you don’t see every day. 

However, if you’re not from Texas you probably think seeing a couple of horses running along the highway would be a regular occurrence. But no, I’ve never personally witnessed it happen.

Don’t get me wrong – it does happen, as you can see in the video below, but it is very rare. It’s also very dangerous. 

Not only can a vehicle easily injure or kill a horse, a horse being hit by a vehicle can also injure or kill the people in the vehicle. 

So, it’s good to see the drivers in the video being smart by slowing down and giving the horses plenty of room to run. I mean, we are talking about Dallas here. The drivers there are notoriously impatient. 

There’s no info on how the incident ended as of this posting. Hopefully, someone was able to corral the horses and get them home safely.
