Jerry Jones Made a ‘Deal with God’ for the Last Dallas Cowboys Super Bowl
Jerry Jones said something yesterday at the Dallas Cowboys end of season press conference that has folks reminding him that he made a deal with God.
Well another Dallas Cowboys season is in the books and it's another year without making it to the NFC Championship game, let alone the Super Bowl. The Dallas Cowboys currently have the biggest drought in the NFC for years without going to the conference championship at 31. Only the Dolphins and Browns are worse in the NFL.
Jerry Jones Wants to Retire as the Owner with Most Super Bowl Wins
Yesterday at the year end press conference. Jerry said his goal is to have the most Super Bowl wins as an owner. Let's go with a fantasy dream scenario where the Dallas Cowboys win every Super Bowl the next four years to give Jerry the most at seven. He would be 87-years-old then. No idea when Jerry plans on retiring, but that is prime retiring age.
Jerry Jones Made a Deal with God for Third Super Bowl Win
Looks like the internet is staying undefeated after Jerry Jone's press conference yesterday because they're reminding him he already made a deal with God when it comes to Dallas Cowboys Super Bowls. He said two years ago with Michael Irvin before the Dallas Cowboys 1995 Super Bowl that he 'made a deal with a man upstairs, if he let's him get this Super Bowl he will never ask again.' Well Jerry...seems like you're asking again.
Dallas Cowboys God's Favorite Team?
The joke about the old Texas Stadium was that the hole was in the roof so God could watch his favorite team play. In all honesty, it's because they didn't want to pay for air conditioning. Looks like God is keeping Jerry Jones to his promise and now I have to suffer as a fan. Still can't take away that 90's dynasty though.
