NASCAR champion Tony Stewart has relisted his spectacular rural estate at a lower price, and pictures show a property that lives up to the claim that it's the "finest property ever offered for sale in the state of Indiana."

Stewart first listed his 6-bedroom, 9.5-bathroom, 19,714-square-foot rural estate in Indiana for $30 million in March of 2022, which made it the most expensive residence in the entire state at the time. That price did not attract a buyer, and Stewart relisted his 415-acre estate for $22.5 million on April 12, 2024.

According to online property sites, that asking price breaks down to $1,141 per square foot and a monthly payment of $141,018.

Stewart's stunning rustic-luxe mansion is truly one-of-a-kind, resembling a country resort. The home boasts a two-story waterfall and trout stream in the entry hall, and the soaring great room includes an 8700-gallon freshwater aquarium.

The house is built out of lodgepole pine from the Northern Rockies, and it features the highest-end amenities, including:

  • A bowling alley.
  • A separate game room.
  • A golf simulator room.
  • A lighted onyx bar.
  • An upscale kitchen with a hibachi grill.

All of the bedrooms are ensuites with their own attached bathrooms, and the stunning property also includes a 9-acre stocked lake, a 3,576-square-foot guest house and a large workshop. The entire property is a licensed hunting preserve, with plentiful elk, deer and turkey living on the land.

Stewart is a four-time NASCAR Cup Series champion, and he is currently a team co-owner. He bought the land in Indiana in 2004 and completed construction on what he calls his "dream home" in 2011.

“We enjoyed every square inch of the land here," he said in a 2022 statement (via Realtor.com). "This became my place to get away and relax with my family and friends. The best part is that there is always something to do here. The land is great for hunting and fishing, off-roading, or just sitting on the porch and enjoying the stars at night. It is the perfect blend of entertainment and relaxation."
