A 19 year old from the state of Texas is currently facing felony charges due to alleged actions towards state jails. Here's what is known at the time of writing.

Kylie Rae Alvarado And Her Alleged Crimes In Texas

According to ABC 13 Houston, 19 year old Kylie Rae Alvarado was placed under arrest on Monday, April 15th, 2024. The next day, on Tuesday April 16th, 2024 Alvardo made an appearance in probable cause court. She was placed on a $50,000 bond, and stands accused of of delivery of synthetic cannabinoids and possession of meth.

Investigators revealed Alvarado is accused of sending paper that was soaked in drugs via mail to prisons in the state. Documents from the court also reveal that the crime in question happened in October of 2023. Which ones or how many penitentiaries received the illegal substances is currently unknown at the time of writing.

Alvarado does not have an ample criminal background, per court records, but she has been deemed a public safety concern.

ABC 13 Houston reports that when Alvarado was taken into custody, she possessed 75 grams of methamphetamine. At the time of writing, ABC 13 is currently to figure out how the investigators discovered the papers in question, and which jails were affected by them.
