Jaden Smith Is Not Dead

One of the first things I spotted when I got into facebook this morning was a post saying that Jaden Smith, the son of Will Smith and Jada Pinkett-Smith, had died in a snowboarding accident.

That's all it was, just a post with no link to a news article, so I did some digging and here's what I've found.

Jaden Smith is NOT dead.

This is apparently a very tasteless prank from Global Associated News (I'd never heard of them before) and doesn't look like it's the first time they've done something like this. According to Gossip Cop and the Long Island Press this is a total hoax.
