Kacey Musgraves ‘Pageant Material’ Debuts at No. 1

It's official. The pride of Golden, TX, Kacey Musgraves, has her very first No. 1 album, as "Pageant Material" topped Billboard’s Country Albums chart this week.

Whether it was her 17 resting bitch faces, late night television onslaught, the fabricated Taylor Swift feud, or just her ever-growing fan base; Musgraves' sophomore effort sold nearly 55,000 copies during its first week. This bested her 2013 debut, "Same Trailer Different Park," by almost 12,000 copies.
