Between them, Lady Antebellum's Dave Haywood, Charles Kelley and Hillary Scott have six children, who range in age from less than two years old to six years old. Now that they're moving past the toddler stage, the trio members agree that their kids are becoming more aware of Christmas -- and, this year, that'll make for an especially fun holiday season.

"This'll be the first year that all three of my girls will be running around like mad," says singer Scott. Her oldest daughter, Eisele, turned six in July, while identical twins Emory and Betsy will celebrate their second birthday in January. "Last year, the twins were a little smaller, and not as mobile as they are now."

Now that her daughters are a little bit older, Scott goes on to say, they're in a better position to fully get into the holiday spirit. "I think they'll be able to understand a little bit more the magic of Christmas. And we're ... totally gonna do the matching Christmas jammies. You have to! It's gonna be awesome."

Bandmate Haywood, a father of two, adds that having children has dramatically changed his holiday traditions. "Yeah, I don't think my wife will get me anything this year. It's all about the kids," he says with a laugh. "So the presents for the adults have kind of gone by the wayside, but it's gonna be fun."

Though he may not be expecting any physical presents, Haywood has come to appreciate a new kind of Christmas gift: family time.

"I love Christmas Eve. That's probably my favorite time," he reflects. "It's just such a special time with family, to read a Christmas story and be together, and the anticipation with the kids."
