Sometimes things don't go quite as planned. When demolition crews were preparing to bring down a building in Dallas they planned on bringing down the WHOLE building. Unfortunately for them the core and elevator shaft remained standing, albeit at an angle. While that was a problem for the demolition team, it's proven to be a brand new, and probably short lived, tourist attraction dubbed the Leaning Tower of Dallas.

Dallas locals are already finding good vantage points to take pictures with themselves 'holding up' the leaning tower.

If you plan on taking your own photo you'd better be quick, the plan is to bring in a crane and wrecking ball to finish the job this week.

The site is at the corner of North Central Expressway and Haskell Avenue and will be the future home of a 27 acre complex of office and entertainment facilities along with an open park area.
