Y’all Need to Leave the Male Cheerleaders at Texas A&M Alone
Why We Should Celebrate, Not Criticize, Texas A&M's Male Cheerleaders
The internet can be a savage place. Recently, a group of male cheerleaders have met the ire of a certain corner of the web that just seems to like to make fun of everything and everyone.
It's just not right. These internet trolls have no idea how much courage it takes to put on a goofy pair of overalls and scream a bunch of goofy nonsense for a school they paid tens of thousands of dollars to attend.
School Pride
Now, I'll be the first to admit that I've never had school pride, especially for college. I'll be honest with you, I went to The University of North Texas, and I don't even know if it exists anymore, that's how little I care about my alma mater, so I might not be the best person to judge. Ok, I just googled it and UNT is apparently bigger than ever. Who knew?
Kind of Wierd, Tho
Look, I've never been one to know my school motto or catchphrase or whatever. I find it weird when people older than 25 get worked up over the school they attended. But watching the video at the bottom of the article makes me feel like something is off. Like, what's with the little leg kick?
Leave Them Alone
I just realized I was supposed to be taking up for these guys, sorry. Y'all leave them alone! Their children and their grandchildren will end up seeing this video. Their lives will be hard enough having to explain this thing. Leave them alone!
