Wade Bowen has just released a brand new song to country radio. It's a cover of the classic Alabama tune 'Love In The First Degree.' On the track, Wade is joined by Brandy Clark. Brandy is a hit songwriter who has worked with Miranda Lambert, Kacey Musgraves, and more.

The song is featured on the album High Cotton: Tribute to Alabama which also features many other Texas/red dirt artist (such as Jason Boland and the Turnpike Troubadours) performing songs from the iconic band.

Alabama was a family favorite in my household growing up. My older sisters were obsessed and took me to every concert they could so I became a huge fan myself. To pay tribute to them is for sure a dream come true. Very honored!-Wade Bowen
