Little Girl Gives Dog Checkup, Gives Us a Case of the ‘Awwws’

We've come down with a severe case of cuteness overload.

This little girl looks like she's performing a physical on a family dog. And while she is certainly adorable, let's not forget to show the pooch some love, too. He's a real trooper letting the girl give him the checkup.

Maybe this will serve as a wake-up call to America. Our healthcare system is a source of controversy, so perhaps we shake things up and let toddlers work as medical professionals so they only charge us in lollipops and hugs.
