Meet the Opening Act For The Taste Of Country Christmas Tour in Wichita Falls

Several people have been asking  since it was first announced that Canaan Smith would be our featured artist for this year's Taste of Country Christmas Tour, who our opening act would be. Well, we are proud to now be able to announce that the opening act will be singer/songwriter Russell Dickerson.

Nashville native Dickerson is a graduate of Belmont University, the same Nashville University that has given us Brad Paisley, Florida-Georgia Line members Brian Kelley and Tyler Hubbard, Canaan Smith and others. Dickerson got his start in Nashville while on  a break from Belmont, working as a guitar tech on a "major tour".

After graduation, Dickerson was on his way, signing with Creative Artist Agency and John Dennis Entertainment, also signing a publishing deal. Dickerson has toured with Florida Georgia Line, Billy Currington, Kip Moore, Darius Rucker, Kelly Pickler and more. Dickerson is currently on tour as part of Canaan Smith's current  headlining tour.
