Oil Spill Leads to Freeway Closure in Wichita Falls

Kell West is temporarily closed from U.S. 287 to Taft Blvd. due to an oil spill.  This includes the flyover ramp from Southbound 287 and the ramp from northbound 287 to Kell West.  TxDOT crews have been setting up barricades and motorists should prepare to take alternate routes. It's not clear at this time how long the closure will last.
