Old Dominion have a song on their new self-titled album called "Paint the Grass Green," but when they wrote it, they didn't realize you could actually paint your lawn green.

In fact, it wasn't until a conversation with Taste of Country Nights that Matt Ramsey, Brad Tursi and company learned there are products that, for about $20, let you spray paint your grass to cover up brown spots or bare spots. "And then just get some unknown illness," Tursi chimes in, speaking to the unknown ingredients and less-than-organic nature of the products.

"Paint Your Grass Green" is actually a love song that finds lead singer Ramsey listing things he'd do for his lover. "I'll get down on my knees if you're still up on the fence / I'll paint the grass green like a technicolor dream / If our love is faded I'll brighten up the scene / I'll paint the grass green," he sings at the chorus.
