The storm system brought widespread wind damage to the area, with reports of downed trees, power outages, and structural damage across Baylor County and neighboring communities. National Weather Service officials say the wind gusts were consistent with straight-line winds rather than a tornado, although radar indicated potential rotation in some parts of the region.
