Remember last week when ERCOT was asking Texans to raise their thermostats due to high energy demand? Some folks did it without even knowing they did it.

The current heat wave is causing some serious strain on the Texas power grid.

As the summer of 2011 heat wave continues in Wichita Falls, records are falling every day. We tied the all time record for consecutive days with temperatures of 100 degrees or more yesterday (08.02.11).
