The night before the ride was set to open for the public, the new Joker roller-coaster at Six Flags Over Texas broke down, stranding eight high school students.
Touted as a 4D Roller Coaster and the first of its kind, San Antonio's Six Flags Fiesta Texas has revealed plans for Batman: The Ride, a magnetic roller coaster that allows passenger carts to spin independently of each other.
Seriously, is there any better ride than a wooden roller coaster?
I know, all the new ones are steel, and they have seats that let you dangle your feet, or lay on your stomach like you're Superman flying through the air, but still, nothing beats the thrills and sounds of a good old fashioned wooden roller coaster.
