Three Texas Cities Among the Ten Most Expensive Cities to See a Concert

Great – the cities I most frequently see concerts in are some of the most expensive places to take in a show here in the U.S.

Ticket reseller SeatGeek used statistics from sales to determine the average ticket cost in each city and concertgoers in Texas are among the ones who have to shell out the most for a ticket.

San Antonio came in at number four on the list with an average ticket price of $159. Dallas is right behind with the average cost of a ticket being $158. An average ticket price of $142 put Houston at number eight on the list.

Las Vegas is the most expensive city to see a concert with concertgoers having to shell out $206 per ticket on average.

The least expensive city is Norfolk, Virginia, where the average concert ticket will set you back $85.
