Throwback Thursday: Chad Brock – Yes! [VIDEO]
It's time again to fire up Blake's time machine for another #ThrowbackThursday. This week we're going back 15 years to this week in the year 2000!
For the week of June 24th, 2000, the #1 song in country music was Chad Brock's 'Yes!' It was the second of a 3 week span that the song would top the charts. The song was the title track from Brock's album that came out that may. It was his first #1 and unfortunately would also be the last song he'd release that would ever break the top 20.
In 2005, Chad Brock left Nashville and moved to Florida to become a radio host. He eventually left there in 2010 to become the director of programming for the TCN cable network. A lot of people have wondered what Chad's been up to since then. Here's his latest update on facebook:
Hey everyone, alive and well in Georgia and the kids are doing great..Kennedy is a few months away from being a teenager and Cameron will be in 5th grade, oh I be hitting 52 in July EEK
