Throwback Thursday: Parents Were Furious About The Price Of Super Nintendo [VIDEO]

It's Christmas time and for a lot of families there will be a new game system under the tree. This was what a lot of kids were hoping for in 1991 and a lot of parents were not happy about it. The new Super Nintendo gaming system was priced at about $200, which was twice what the original NES had cost. As you can see in this news segment, many parents thought that Nintendo was exploiting their kids into needing a new thing even though the graphics were far superior on this new system.
